Our Customer Service course is designed to help you understand how to provide exceptional customer service in your work role. This is an introduction to Customer Service and will give you the opportunity to look at a range of different customer facing roles and how customer services is important to the Business.
You will learn about different kind of customers and the products and services that are provided in different customer roles. You will understand how communication skills play a huge role in getting the message right. You will also learn how to deal with problems and queries and you will learn about the importance of following process and procedures.
We will help you to take part in short discussions which will also help you in an interview or work setting. You will learn in small groups or work withing our virtual learning platform with very experienced Tutors who will provide you with resources, support your learning to make sure you have the confidence to complete your assignments, activities and assessment.
You will also be able to socialize with others either in the classroom or on our virtual platform, who are also learning about Customer Service and share your experiences of good and bad service.
